These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Russell and Lisa Stuart's Coaching Platform, including our website, coaching services, courses, community features, and communications (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Russell and Lisa Stuart ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our coaching services and Platform. By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Coaching Services
Our coaching services are designed to support your personal and professional development:
- Professional Coaching: Our coaches are trained professionals, but coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment
- Client Responsibility: You are responsible for your own choices, actions, and results
- Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with International Coach Federation (ICF) standards
- Session Attendance: You are responsible for attending scheduled sessions; cancellation policies apply
- Homework & Assignments: Active participation in coaching exercises enhances results but is voluntary
4. Payment Terms
For paid services and memberships:
- Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 30 days for courses, subject to completion limits
- Price Changes: We may change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes
5. Health and Wellness Disclaimer
Important: Our coaching services and content are for educational and motivational purposes only:
- Coaching is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
- If you have mental health concerns, please consult qualified healthcare professionals
- We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological conditions
- You should consult your doctor before making significant lifestyle changes
